of the customers you wish to debit. The system provides tables with branch
codes of all the banks in Southern Africa. We will update this information
on a regular basis as the details become available to us from BankServ.

netcash system is developed

Account login, personal details and all financial transactions and banking
information are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with
high security 128bit encryption, certified by Verisign.

We use multiple layers of security to help protect transaction, user and
banking information against unauthorised access from third parties, loss
and fraud. Our servers sit behind electronic firewalls and are not directly
connected to the Internet. Information is only available to authorised
users.

netcash will provide you with the required wording for the debit order
instruction forms that need to be signed by your customers. We have developed
a template driven form generator to simplify this process for you. The
netcash service will allow you to debit from banks accounts and all major
credit cards.

We have developed an advanced validation component, to check and validate
account numbers and branch codes. This allows for the accurate capturing
of data prior to submitting the Debit Order Batch. This will save you
the inconvenience of returned payments and the associated costs. Our aim
is to make the processing of debit orders a smoother and more efficient
process for all our Merchants.

Electronic Fund Transfers may take place from Monday to Friday. Saturdays
are allowed for salaries, wages and creditors payments. You will be required
to process and authorize a batch 2 (Two) working days prior to the required
action (transfer) date.
import
facility
If you are presently capturing the customer information on in-house software
packages, then the relevant details can be exported from your financial
package or database and sent directly to the netcash server where it will
automatically be imported it into our system for validation and batch
creation. We have set up various import structures that are compatible
to most accounting systems. A sample import file is available on request.
unpaid
entries
Notifications of unpaid entries are provided to you free of charge as
part of our extended services. We receive unpaid data information from
the Banks in real time. As these are being processed on our system you
will be notified immediately by email. Unpaid data is usually available
on the same day that the information appears on the bank statement, thus
allowing you to keep track of unpaid entries on a daily basis. This data
is updated in the Batch file, which you can download at any time to do
debit journals. This can be done manually or by importing the file directly
into you accounting package.

facility
Once a Batch file has been created the Export facility can generate a
flat file that you can download. You can use this file to import data
into your accounting systems. For further information about the export
facility or a sample file, please contact us. Our aim is to make the processing
of debit orders a smoother and more efficient facility for all our merchants
and we go to great lengths to assist in this regard.

As part of the netcash system you will receive a comprehensive set of
reports that will give you the critical information that you need. Whether
you need to look at your customers payment history, or need analyze your
future revenue streams based on your collection history, you will have
access to comprehensive and analytical reports to do so effectively.

audit
netcash is the only service that allows you to access a complete audit
of all transactions for every debited account for a period of six months.
support
We provide free express online and telephonic support during normal working
hours from Monday to Friday. If you require any onsite support we reserve
the right to levy a charge for the time spent at your offices.
payments
netcash does not require you to provide upfront guarantee against your
Debit Order Batch value. For this reason we make two payments to the merchant.
The first payment will be made on the day the debit batch has been actioned.
requirements
If you are interested in opening a Merchant Account with netcash, simply
contact us via email or telephone. We require a completed merchant details
form completed in order for us to prepare a merchant service terms agreement.

fixed term agreements
There are no lengthy approval times for a Merchant Account. Implementation
of the service is done as quickly as it takes to get the required paperwork
in place. Our agreement has no fixed timeframes, which allows you to stop
using the service at any time. Once you have accepted, signed, and forwarded
the required documentation to us, your merchant account will be activated.

We will provide you with assistance to upload your accounts onto the netcash
system and process your first debit order batch to evaluate the service.
If you are no satisfied for any reason you may cancel the service without
any penalties or cancellation charges.

We are so confident about our service, that we will allow you to evaluate
our service for 90 days. If you are not 100% satisfied with the netcash
service for any reason, we will cancel your agreement and refund your
